​ Welcome to The Focus Room. We are a small martial arts studio in Hendon, North-West London teaching martial arts to small groups and individuals through bespoke one to one sessions. Our aim to provide engaging and effective martial arts training to people of all backgrounds and abilities. We focus primarily on Filipino and Chinese martial arts, but incorporate elements of boxing, Muay Thai and other arts that we have practiced over the years. Our two instructors are both lifelong martial artists with a combined experience of over 50 years.

I've been taking private lessons in Kali under Andy for a month - he is the best martial arts coach I've ever had. High attention to detail, advice that's tailored to the physique of the student, practical techniques which have been pressure tested, and he's a really nice guy with very reasonable rates (I've attended classes that charge nearly the same amount that he charges for private lessons) at that.
